Privacy note
This page describes current practice and is kept deliberately plain.
The short version
This is a personal professional website. It exists so you can learn about Joalex's work and get in touch. It collects no personal data beyond what you choose to send, sets no advertising trackers, and sells nothing to anyone.
Contact form
If you submit the contact form, the details you enter (name, email, optional phone and company, and your message) are transmitted to Joalex's email inbox via a form-delivery service, solely so he can respond to you. Submissions are not used for marketing, are not added to any mailing list, and are not shared with third parties beyond the delivery service that transports them. Messages are retained only as ordinary email correspondence.
Consultation booking
Bookings are handled by Cal.com, a third-party scheduling service. The booking calendar loads only when you reach the booking section. Any details you enter while booking (name, email, notes, timezone) are processed by Cal.com under Cal.com's privacy policy and shared with Joalex to conduct the meeting.
Analytics
If analytics are enabled, this site uses a privacy-focused, cookie-free measurement tool that records aggregate page statistics only (such as page views and referrers). It does not build visitor profiles and does not track you across other websites. No analytics cookies are set — which is also why no cookie banner interrupts you.
External links
Links to LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Cal.com and other external services lead to platforms with their own privacy practices. What you share there is governed by their policies.
Data retention
Enquiries and booking details are kept only as long as needed to handle the conversation they belong to, then handled like any ordinary professional correspondence.
Questions
For anything privacy-related, email joalexjpadiken@gmail.com and it will be addressed directly.
